Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and utilizing the services provided by Medionics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our AI-powered billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and healthcare administrative platforms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of our services immediately.
Services Provided
Medionics provides a comprehensive suite of healthcare administrative solutions, including but not limited to:
1. AI-Powered Billing & Coding: Utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) for autonomous medical coding to enhance accuracy and ensure compliance.
2. Denial Management: Deploying predictive modeling to identify high-risk claims and reduce rejections.
3. Compliance Services: Monitoring performance across MIPS/MACRA domains and aligning with federal mandates.
4. Administrative Support: Managing physician credentialing and real-time eligibility verification.
HIPAA Compliance & Data Security
As a provider handling Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI), Medionics operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA regulations.
1. Security Standards: We strictly adhere to the 2025 HIPAA Security Rule updates, including mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), end-to-end encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and in transit, and continuous vulnerability scanning.
2. Business Associate Agreement (BAA): Use of our RCM services requires the execution of a formal BAA to ensure the ironclad protection of patient data.
3. Breach Notification: In accordance with 2025 mandates, we maintain a 24-hour notification protocol for any security incidents involving ePHI.
User Obligations
1. Accuracy of Data: Clients are responsible for the accuracy of clinical documentation provided to our AI engines.
2. Authorized Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your MFA-protected login.
Professional Disclaimer
Medionics provides administrative and financial infrastructure; we do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Our AI-driven insights and analytics are intended to support practice executives in data-driven decision-making and do not replace professional clinical judgment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, Medionics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our RCM platforms, including revenue fluctuations caused by third-party payer adjudication algorithms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction in Texas or as determined by the specific service agreement.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect evolving federal and commercial regulatory frameworks. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
